1. Our Magical Marketplace

Décor Dreams Shop is an online emporium offering whimsical home accessories including but not limited to:

• Angelic figurines and fairy décor
• Animal-themed ornaments
• Artificial plants and floral arrangements
• Illuminating bedside lamps
• Decorative bookends and bottle openers
• Candle holders and oil burners
• Wall art including canvases and prints
• Timekeeping clocks
• Plush cushions and pillows

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue items without notice.

2. Enchanting Eligibility

To shop with us, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Reside in a country we ship to (currently excluding parts of Asia and remote regions)
• Provide accurate personal and payment information

3. Ordering & Payment Spells

3.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline. Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance.

All payments are processed securely. We never store your full payment details.

3.3 Pricing & Currency

All prices are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4. Delivery Charms

4.1 Processing Time

Our workshop fairies require 1-2 business days to prepare your order before dispatch.

4.2 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over £50, arriving within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently cannot ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia.

4.3 Delivery Issues

If your parcel doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, contact our fairy helpers immediately at [email protected] with your order number and details.

5. Returns & Exchanges Potion

5.1 Our 15-Day Enchantment Guarantee

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided:

• Items are unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)
• The item isn’t on our non-returnable list (see below)

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, these magical items cannot be returned:

• Candle holders and oil burners (fire safety regulations)
• Artificial plants (once removed from packaging)
• Personalized or custom-made décor pieces

5.3 Returns Process

2. Await return instructions from our fairy team (within 2 business days)
3. Package items securely in original packaging

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

While we enchant every item with care, Décor Dreams Shop shall not be liable for:

• Minor variations between product images and actual items
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
• Any misuse or improper care of products

Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
