Order Processing
Our workshop fairies need 1-2 business days to carefully prepare your order before it begins its journey to you.
Shipping Options
We offer two magical delivery methods:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – Via EMS for orders over £50, arriving within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note we currently cannot ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Our fairy couriers will notify you if your address falls in these regions.

Our 15-Day Enchantment Guarantee
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- Some delicate items cannot be returned (see below)
Magical Items That Must Stay in Our Realm
To protect our otherworldly creatures and ensure hygiene, these items cannot be returned:
- Candle holders and oil burners (due to fire safety regulations)
- Artificial plants (once removed from packaging cannot be resold)
- Personalized or custom-made décor pieces
The Fairy Dust Returns Process
1. Contact Our Fairy Helpers
Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
2. Await Our Response
Our customer care fairies will send return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Package Your Items Securely
Use original packaging with protective wrapping for fragile items.
4. Ship Your Return

5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Credit/Debit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days for processing (depending on your bank)
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless item was faulty
- Exchange Items: Shipped within 3 business days of approval
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If your magical parcel arrived with broken wings or the wrong fairy, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We’ll swiftly send replacements at no extra cost.
