We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
  • Some delicate items cannot be returned (see below)

Magical Items That Must Stay in Our Realm

To protect our otherworldly creatures and ensure hygiene, these items cannot be returned:

  • Candle holders and oil burners (due to fire safety regulations)
  • Artificial plants (once removed from packaging cannot be resold)
  • Personalized or custom-made décor pieces

When Will My Refund Arrive?

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit/Debit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days for processing (depending on your bank)
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless item was faulty
